Hi everyone!  Just wanted to share this short video I took of one of the Arizona Oriental Ruggies, Mr. Justin working on a rug with urine deposits.  His ultimate goal is to completely eliminate all urine odors from the rug.  To do so, he must ensure that our thorough treatment procedure makes good contact with the urine salt crystals hiding out in the middle of the rug, deep down where the knots are.  Repeatedly working the urine neutralizer deep into the knots is only one of many steps taken during our urine treatment process.
