We will do our thorough inspection of the rug first, do a dye migration test, and check for animal urine deposits. Then we will dust the rug to remove dry soil (a critical step to a deep cleaning), match both the cleaning method and solutions to the fibers of the rug, and wash each rug individually. We NEVER batch clean with another client’s rugs, so you don’t have to worry about any cross contamination from someone else’s rug.
Regardless of the fiber content – be it silk, wool, or a synthetic fiber – all rugs have specific cleaning requirements. Believe it or not, sometimes even synthetic fibers require more cleaning services than a wool fiber!
In short, YES of course we clean synthetic rugs as well as all other rug fibers. Regardless of fiber, don’t let your area rug be neglected!
