There is no real control over what might happen in the home.
Correcting issues may even be impossible in a client’s home.

From fine rugs to the most affordable rugs, they all have
potential problems just waiting to happen.
You’d NEVER ask an auto mechanic or dentist to come into your home and do the same quality of work they can do in their workshops and offices in your home! Why? Because there are certain tools, supplies, and conditions necessary for good results. The same goes for area rug cleaning, too!
Arizona Oriental & Specialty Rug Care here in Prescott AZ has a very controlled environment at our rug washing facility. All of the products we use are certified for the specific fibers that we clean. If a rug needs to be blocked or reshaped, we have the environment necessary to do this – something that can’t be done in your living room. We always make sure to use the proper temperatures and high air movement to ensure a fast, proper dry.
All of these things simply cannot be duplicated in the home.
If you want a deep clean for your area rug, the rug needs to be taken to our rug washing facility. We even offer free estimates and can also pick-up and deliver your area rugs (this includes moving furniture if needed, too!).
